About This Seminar
Worldview is a buzz word these days. Christians especially use it in discussions of politics, movies, music, and schooling. But despite all this emphasis, there’s still a good bit of confusion. For many, the idea of a Biblical worldview just seems like a new way to justify worldliness or a thin veil over thoughtless political activism. So maybe talk of a Biblical worldview is not really all that important. In this seminar Bryan Smith will attempt to cut through the confusing chatter by answering three important questions regarding a Biblical worldview: Why is it important to emphasize a Biblical worldview in our teaching? What exactly is a Biblical worldview? And, finally, how should parents go about shaping the worldview of their children as they teach them day by day?
